Business Plan Preparation - A well thought out business plan can provide an excellent
road map for the business owner.  A business plan should be prepared by every new business
and includes data for financing, product (or service) description, target markets, marketing and
advertising programs, sales projections, fixed and variable costs, growth rates, etc.

Strategic Planning - Think of this as a mini business plan.  This is a 5 year plan detailing
revenue growth in existing markets and new markets, estimations of fixed and variable costs,
financing needs, etc.

Business Budgeting - Generally this would be for a period of less than 5 years and would
include estimations of revenue and expense for that period.

SBA Loan Documentation - Many small business owners find that completing SBA loan
packages is much easier with professional assistance.

Financial Analysis - Learn what your financial statements are really telling you.  Does your
business have sufficient liquidity, are your inventory levels too high (too low), are customers
paying their bills timely?  Find out where your financial strengths and weaknesses are and see
what steps you can take to improve your situation.
